I am Brad Way, your coach.

First and foremost, your most important asset is you. Your second most important asset is the people around you. A little about me...

I am a father and a husband, a son and a brother, something I do my best to not lose sight of with all my personal and business asperations. I am a Leaf's and Bill's fan (don't hold it against me). Thank God the later is given me something to cheer about recently. I have been an entrepreneur and in business for the past seventeen years, where I have helped business owners take care of their #1 asset, their employees by way of Corporate Wellness Strategies (ie. Benefit Consulting, Employee Experience Consulting, Leadership Coaching). I would like to say it has all been easy, but it has not. I have had my fair share of successes and setbacks, both personal and in business, which along side my experience and partnerships, sets me up well to coach and guide you along your own journey.
